Member Activity

View activity for an email address stored in a JangoMail list. Activity includes: 

• A list of all campaigns sent to an email address
• Opens, Clicks, Unsubscribes, and Bounces
• Activity is available for up to 1 year based on JangoMail's Data Retention Policy and includes all messages that have not been deleted from the account

How to View Activity for an Email Address in a List

1. To view Activity, go to Lists and click on a list that contains the email address you wish to view
2. Click on the email address you wish to view
3. In the pop-up window, click the Activity tab
4. Scroll to view "Campaigns with Activity" and "Campaigns without Activity". The popup window will populate with email activity for the email address in the last month
