Save time when uploading new lists by creating a List Template. If your lists typically use the same additional fields of data, a List Template makes it easy to create new lists.
How to Create a List Template
- Click ADD A LIST
- Type a list name
- To specify as a List Template, click to enable Template list
- Optionally, select 1 or all default fields you would like automatically added to your list
- Type a field name to specify additional fields
- Click CREATE LIST
Note: An existing list may be saved as a List Template. To specify an existing list as a List Template, open the List > in the Toolbar go to Settings > check Template > click SAVE LIST SETTINGS
How to Use a List Template
- Go to Lists > locate the desired list designated as a list template
- Click the COPY button for the List Template you wish to copy
- In the pop-up, edit or rename the new list
- To copy only the fields of the List Template, uncheck Copy list members
- Optionally, uncheck Copy list settings
- Click COPY LIST to finish
Note: Each account is limited to a total of 99 List Templates.
