Hyperlinking a Centered Image with the CKEditor

With the V4 Editor, you cannot add a hyperlink to an image, IF, the image properties are centered. In order to have an image that displays centered and is hyperlinked, follow these steps. 

1. Click on the Image (it should now show a blue border around the image)
2. Click the image icon 
3. Change the horizontal alignment to "None"  then click Save
4. Click your cursor next to the image 
5. Change the text alignment to center 
6. Click the image again – it should have a blue border around it
7. Click the chain link icon  
8. Add the URL you want to use and hit OK
9. Save the changes you have made to your message and/or send a test
